Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

You may exercise your personal data rights under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–22 by following the instructions below.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure under certain conditions, request restriction of processing, request data portability, and object to processing.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to info@megis.com.tr with the subject line 'DSAR Request'. Please include your full name, contact details, the service you used, and the type of request.

Response Time

Requests will be answered within 30 days under KVKK and within 1 month (extendable to 3 months) under GDPR. Identity verification may be required.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) for KVKK, or with your national data protection authority for GDPR.
